I found out about this site several days ago and I started immediately. The work is that we will have to review calls made by the agents of the company to their clients or prospect clients. It is an easy job and all we need is a Android mobile phone, computer and a laptop. I was skeptical at first but I tried it and when I get payment from the site, I was convinced that it is indeed a legit site.

Humanatic is a website, developed by a company called Century Interactive that recruits independent contractors to listen, review, and sort phone calls. These are calls that need to be examined for quality assurance from various businesses. So, it’s a big help if the call is already sorted and tagged to it’s right category.

What Exactly Do You Do?
As a contractor, you are called Humans and will need to listen to calls and place them in the right category. It is very important to listen carefully so the recorded call can be marked properly. This will help you get a high accuracy score and also higher paying tasks. Humanatic doesn’t require any special training or prior experience for the job. It is very simple work that requires patience and a good attention to detail.

How Much Can You Make?
The pay depends on which call category you choose. The lowest category can start as low as $0.06 per call task. Your accuracy will result to higher pay.It depends on which from categories listed you choose. Humanatic does require you to have a Paypal account to receive your earnings. Payments are made weekly, every Monday as long as you have accumulated $10 on your account.

Advantages
I have to say I enjoy listening to phone calls. It’s very fun and flexible work that is simple to do. It can definitely improve you judgement and listening skills. For those that would recommend a job that doesn’t involve talking on the phone, this could be an ideal choice.

Disadvantages
The pay is very low. Since their are so many Humans evaluating calls – most of time the calls will run out. Do not rely on this as a consistent income.

Another issue is sometimes it can take forever to receive the confirmation email. For me I received mine within a few days, but lately it has took some people several months.

The last downside is there is no training on how to complete the tasks. So you must be able to guide yourself through the process, and listen to the sample marked calls.

How To Get Started?
First you need verify a Paypal account (it very important)
After complete all, then you can Register In Humanatic

Basically just like other websites when you try to register they will asked you for your email address on which they will contact you. In Humanatic there's a bit difference, you register with your email address along with your paypal address which should be verified maybe because they wanted to make sure members are not just whoever who wanted to register again and again with different emails.

which you will need to log-in with your paypal account for them to know if it is verified or not, from there you will fill up the information needed.

Your Name - Unlike before here are other members who did not put their real name, but nowadays humanatic is strict on approving application so basically you wanted to be approve then you should put your real name and not those funny and with symbols. Changing names on humanatic has been disabled and those you can find having accounts with not their real names are the old ones and I believe all new accounts are with real names included.

Email - I'm not quite sure if it should be the same as your paypal, but to be sure just put the same email address with your paypal just what I did.

Do you Speak Spanish - If you can then select Yes, because there are bunch of calls that are in spanish language and if you can at least understand spanish conversations then it is your very advantage because you can review both english and spanish calls. There are members who earns bigger than usual english reviewers and because they can understand spanish conversation and the number of calls they can review increases.

Current or recent employment history - You really do not need to put exact details about your employment, if you are unemployed the write UNEMPLOYED or currently a student. But as what I have said you wanted to higher the chances for your application approval, so write there the best description that you know your registration will be approve. If your recent job was into call centers then write it there for you to have an advantage.

Terms and Conditions - You are then being asked if you agree with the 4 simple terms and conditions humanatic is implying, so just answer them with your initials. These are the first two letters of your name and surname you applied and type above the "Your Name" part. If your name is John Adams then put JA in the blank answer area. This also applies if you are going to start reviewing calls each time you are new to a category you will see the overview first then below it you will then type the correct initials you typed before this always happens every time you receive new categories.

TAKE NOTE: After submitting your form, your registration will be reviewed and wait at least 1 -2 weeks before you can have an account and start reviewing calls. Usually you will receive an email from Michael Moser with your username and password, which then you can change your password later on.

During my fist day, I was offered to review two types of jobs:

Live Conversation – Inbound
The purpose of this category is to determine if the caller was properly connected and had an actual live conversation with a qualified agent.

Live Conversation – Outbound
The purpose of this category is to determine if the employee (who is the caller) reached the intended person.

Some businesses place hundreds of outbound phone calls every day. Managers need to listen to the calls for quality assurance, but they often get bogged down reviewing calls where no live conversation ever takes place. If the caller gets to talk to the live person he or she was trying to reach, mark the time (in seconds, shown on the audio player) when the conversation starts.
If the caller reaches voicemail or a receptionist who can't connect him or her with the desired person, then indicate whether or not a message is left.

No other information is needed for these calls.

During my second day on the site, I was given two other types of job:

Inventory Discussion
To mark calls that are opportunities for the dealer to buy a customer's vehicle as Inventory calls. Discussions about a car that the caller already owns may be marked as Inventory calls if it is an opportunity for the dealership to buy the car.

Reason Not Connected
The purpose of this category is to provide data to figure out why the caller did not connect with a live, qualified agent.
